Account & Data Deletion

For the Supertrainer app and Formation sync service.

You can permanently remove your Supertrainer sync account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open Supertrainer on your tablet or phone.
2. Tap the Profile icon in the top bar.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Coach Profile screen.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action cannot be undone.

You will be signed out immediately, and your sync data will be removed from our servers within 30 days. The app will continue to work offline on your device — any data you want to keep locally can be kept by simply not using the Sync feature.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app (for example, because your device was lost or you've already uninstalled), email us at privacy@mnksolutions.dev from the address associated with your account. Please include:

• The email address on your Supertrainer account.
• A brief statement that you want the account deleted.

We will verify the request and confirm completion within 30 days. We may ask one or two clarifying questions if we cannot match your email to an account.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed from Formation (our sync backend):

• Your coach profile (email, age groups, team settings).
• All drills, practice plans, and games you created.
• All player rosters you entered, including any contact information.
• All wellness check-in scores, RPE entries, and injury reports tied to your account.
• Drill images you uploaded.
• Your Google Play subscription reference. Cancelling the subscription itself is done through the Google Play Store — see below.
• Your app feedback submissions.

What is not deleted automatically

Google Play subscription. Deleting your Supertrainer account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, also cancel the subscription from the Play Store:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Find Supertrainer and tap Cancel subscription.

You can also cancel from a web browser at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Local data on your device. The offline copy of the app's data stays on your device. To remove it as well, uninstall the Supertrainer app from your device, or go to your device's Settings → Apps → Supertrainer → Storage → Clear data.

Club data (if you were a club administrator). If you were the last remaining administrator of a club, drills shared to the club library may be retained and reassigned to other coaches in that club. If you want those drills removed as well, mention this in your deletion request.

Retention window and backups

After you request deletion, the data is immediately flagged as deleted and stops being accessible through the app. The actual records are purged from the primary database within 30 days. Encrypted database backups may retain the data for up to 90 additional days; those backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are not queryable.
